Skills Training
In a region where young people often can’t afford to stay in school, they find themselves at risk for extreme poverty, early marriage, and other perils. With our free year-long tailoring program, at-risk youth can learn skills that will help them support themselves and their families for the rest of their lives, making them less vulnerable and more equipped for success.

Entrepreneurship
Upon graduating from the sewing school, all graduates are invited to join the Alumni Association, where they become eligible for fabric loan programs, continued use of sewing machines, and master classes with established designers and tailors from Kampala.
We also partner with Enterprising Women Foundation to offer the Peace Through Business Program, for PFF graduates looking to launch their own businesses.

Community Health
We built the PFF Health Center because the community of Kasese asked for it - and it has provided free treatment to over 10,000 people since it opened in 2015.
