2023 PFF Fashion Show

The PFF Students in Kasese, Uganda, took their skills to the next level since the last time our NY team was able to visit. Under the leadership of resident mentor Brian Sonko, they were each able to imagine and design a unique piece, which they wore proudly in the fashion show. PFF is excited to say that our alumni are now working at a professional level, under the leadership of a designer who can help ensure their pieces are polished and finished. This opens many new doors to accessing markets. We are working on helping them find local markets, markets in Kampala and other cities, and also international markets. We believe their beautiful, bright, and unique work has a place on the global stage. Our work now is to find the right markets that can carry their work, and their story.
